Leveraging their existing VisuScope Wireless managed service coupled with the latest Cisco Meraki technology solutions, 5S has created an innovative new way for customers to provide wireless coverage for their businesses and customers.
With WiFi-as-a-Service, 5S Technologies covers the upfront cost of all necessary hardware and implementation services along with all associated management, maintenance and support costs through the life of the contract. This model allows customers to upgrade their older wireless technology or roll out new coverage areas with no upfront capital investment and with no additional support overhead. Customer’s gain flexibility and relieve annual budget pressures by moving their WiFi services to an OPEX model with flexible monthly, quarterly or annual payments.
The 5S WiFi-as-a-Service offering leverages the next-generation, cloud-managed Wi-Fi products from Cisco Meraki. These products use the latest Wi-Fi 6 technology to provide ultra-high-density wireless coverage for both inside and outside deployments. The service includes on-going performance health-checks; remote live-troubleshooting tools; detailed location analytics and layer 7 application visibility.
